By accessing bizzadmit.in, signing up, researching programmes on the platform, or purchasing admission assistance, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Bizzadmit is operated by AdmitHive Private Limited, registered office 630 & 631, Tower B, Bhutani Alphathum, Sector 90, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201304. Throughout these terms, “Bizzadmit”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to AdmitHive Private Limited, and “you” refers to anyone using the service.

Bizzadmit provides information and tools to help aspiring managers and professionals navigate management and allied professional admissions in India — MBA/PGDM, BBA/BMS, law, design and hotel management — including institute, programme and entrance-exam information, and paid admission assistance (profile review, shortlisting, application support, and guidance through official CAP/state counselling rounds).

• You sign in with a phone number verified by OTP — no password is stored. Keep your phone number secure; anyone with access to it can access your account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us — your scores and percentiles, academics, work experience, category, domicile, and any document you upload. Shortlists and admission guidance are only as good as the information you provide.
• One account per person. You must be old enough to legally use online services in India, or use Bizzadmit with the involvement of a parent/guardian, which we expect for school-leaving applicants to BBA/IPM and similar programmes.
• You agree not to impersonate anyone else or provide someone else’s exam details without their authorisation.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Current products:

• Profile review — a one-time paid review of your academics, entrance-exam score and work experience against your target B-schools, delivered as a written shortlist and gap report.
• Admission assistance — a paid, advisor-assisted service covering document verification, application and registration support, and choice-filling guidance for CAP/state counselling and direct institute applications, for the current admission cycle.

Prices may change at any time for future purchases; a price change does not affect a purchase you have already made. Where an admission counsellor offers you a discount, it applies only to that specific payment link and does not set a price for anyone else.

All payments are processed through Easebuzz. We do not store your card, UPI or netbanking credentials. A payment is confirmed once Easebuzz confirms it to us — if money leaves your account but you do not receive confirmation, contact us before assuming the payment failed. See our Refund Policy for what happens if you want your money back.

Fees, eligibility criteria, cutoff percentiles, seat intake, exam dates and placement figures published on Bizzadmit are compiled from institute brochures, official notifications and public disclosures, and are offered as research and decision-support material — not as a guarantee of any specific cutoff, fee, seat or placement outcome. Actual outcomes depend on that year’s exam difficulty, the institute’s own admission policy, category-wise reservation, and decisions made by the official admission authorities, none of which Bizzadmit controls. Do not treat anything published here as a certainty when making an irreversible decision (like withdrawing from another offer) — confirm it with the institute or the official notification first.

What’s included

Paid admission assistance gets you an assigned admission counsellor, a profile review against your target institutes’ requirements, document checks against the admission authority’s requirements, guidance on registration and the official admission timeline, and support building your preference order. Sessions may be conducted by phone or video call.

What’s not guaranteed

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete documents on time — admissions and CAP rounds have hard official deadlines we don’t control.
• Review and confirm your preference list before it’s submitted on the official portal — you make the final call.
• Tell us immediately about anything that changes your eligibility (e.g. a revised score, a backlog, or a category or domicile correction from the official authority).

You agree not to:

• Use Bizzadmit for any unlawful purpose, or to submit false exam scores or academic details.
• Attempt to access another user’s account, data, or documents.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our institute database, fee tables, cutoffs or shortlists for a competing commercial service.
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of the website or portal (e.g. attempting to bypass payment or entitlement checks).
• Abuse our OTP system (e.g. requesting excessive OTPs to a number you don’t control).

We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates this section.

The Bizzadmit name, logo, website design, and our compiled institute/cutoff/fee database are our property or that of our licensors. Underlying official data (like CAT percentile cutoffs, AICTE-approved intake or a state CAP seat matrix) belongs to the respective bodies and institutes; our compilation and presentation of it is ours. You may use the site for your personal admission research; you may not reproduce it at scale for another product or service without our written permission.

Bizzadmit links to official institute, authority and government websites and may reference third-party sources for cutoffs, fees, placement reports or news. We aren’t responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of any site we don’t operate.

Bizzadmit is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any shortlist or piece of institute information is fully accurate or current. You use our shortlists and published data at your own discretion, alongside official sources.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bizzadmit and its officers, employees and counsellors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss — including a missed admission opportunity, a seat or interview call you didn’t get, or a decision you made based on information published here. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Bizzadmit harmless from any claim or demand arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or inaccurate information you provided to us.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, attempt to defraud us or another user, or misuse the platform. You may stop using Bizzadmit, or request account deletion, at any time — see our Privacy Policy. Ending your account does not entitle you to a refund beyond what’s described in our Refund Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any applicable consumer-protection forum you’re entitled to use, courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms. We encourage you to first raise any issue with us directly at info@bizzadmit.in so we can try to resolve it without escalation.

We may update these terms as our services evolve. Continued use of Bizzadmit after an update means you accept the revised terms. For a service you’ve already purchased (like active admission assistance), the terms in force at the time of your purchase continue to apply to that service.
